Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented US CMA & ACCA Counselor who can guide students and working professionals regarding international finance and accounting qualifications. The candidate will be responsible for understanding student requirements, explaining course details, counseling them on career opportunities, and converting qualified leads into enrollments.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Counsel students and working professionals about US CMA and ACCA courses.
- Understand the student's educational background, career goals, and eligibility.
- Explain course structure, eligibility, duration, examination pattern, fees, exemptions, and career opportunities.
- Guide students in selecting the most suitable professional course based on their career goals.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and follow-ups.
- Conduct effective counseling sessions and address student and parent queries.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects and ensure timely conversions.
- Achieve assigned monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Update all student interactions, follow-ups, and lead status accurately in the CRM.
- Build strong relationships with students to ensure a positive counseling experience.
- Stay updated with changes and developments related to US CMA, ACCA,



and the finance and accounting industry.
- Coordinate with internal academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling and sales skills.
- Ability to understand student needs and provide suitable career guidance.
- Good knowledge of US CMA, ACCA, Finance, Accounting, or International Professional Courses.
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
- Experience in EdTech, education counseling, inside sales, or course sales will be preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.

Preferred Qualification
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Management.
- Candidates with knowledge of CA, CMA, ACCA, US CMA, CPA, or other skilled finance qualifications will be preferred.

- Number of counseling sessions conducted.

- Monthly revenue and enrollment achievement.
