Roles and Responsibilities :

- Coordinate with clients to understand their onboarding requirements and develop customized solutions.

- Conduct background verifications, W-2 forms processing, and other necessary tasks for current hires.

- Ensure timely completion of all onboarding activities within the given timeframe.

- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the process.

Job Requirements :

- 3-6 years of experience in US Onboarding Specialist role or related field (Recruitment/Staffing).

- Strong understanding of background verification processes and procedures.

- Proficiency in completing W-2 forms accurately and efficiently.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
