Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, accounting, and MIS reporting.
- Manage cash flow, revenue, costs, and financial controls.
- Ensure GST, Income Tax, statutory and audit compliance.
- Oversee banking, investments, and financial operations.
- Lead the Finance & Accounts team and support business decisions.
Requirements:
- CA preferred; MBA Finance/CFA is an advantage.
- 5+ years of senior finance experience, preferably in healthcare/hospital industry.
- Robust knowledge of financial planning, taxation, compliance, and ERP/HIS.
- Excellent leadership and analytical skills.
