Job Summary

We are urgently hiring Associate Training Coordinators to support day-to-day training operations and administrative activities.

This is a excellent opportunity for freshers and recent graduates looking to start their career in Training Operations, Coordination, Administration and Back-Office Operations.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating training schedules, maintaining records, communicating with learners and trainers, tracking attendance, and providing operational support for smooth training delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Coordinate and schedule training programs.
- Manage training-related documentation and records.
- Communicate with learners, trainers and internal stakeholders.
- Track attendance and maintain training reports.
- Support day-to-day administrative and back-office activities.
- Assist with training logistics and coordination.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned operational activities.




- Maintain accurate records and reports related to training programs.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth execution of training activities.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook.
- Good time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a professional Work From Office environment.
