Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency's customer base.

- Recruit new advisors, train them on life insurance products, and develop strategies for business growth.

- Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

- Oversee daily operations of the branch office, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to company policies.

- Identify opportunities for cross-selling health insurance products to existing customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 6-11 years of experience in tied channel distribution management or similar role in life insurance industry.

- B.Tech degree from a recognized university (preferably).

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful teams.

- Solid understanding of APC, Agency Development, Insurance Sales, Wealth Management, Health Insurance, Territory Management, BDM roles.
