Roles & Responsibilities

Store Manager / ATL

- Manage day-to-day retail store operations.
- Lead and manage the store team effectively.
- Drive sales and achieve store targets.
- Manage inventory, stock accuracy, replenishment, and expiry control.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.
- Handle customer queries and escalations.
- Monitor store performance and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain store hygiene, discipline, and visual merchandising.
- Support omnichannel orders and customer deliveries.

Pharmacist

- Dispense medicines accurately as per valid prescriptions.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product information.
- Manage inventory, stock inwarding, replenishment, and expiry checks.




- Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines.
- Manage online/omnichannel orders.
- Maintain pharmacy records and required documentation.
- Follow pharmacy regulations and company SOPs.
- Support store sales and operational activities.

Job Requirements

- D.Pharm / B.Pharm for Pharmacist role.
- Valid Bihar Pharmacy Council registration/license is mandatory for Pharmacist.
- Relevant experience in retail pharmacy/store operations preferred.
- Experience in team handling and store management preferred for Store Manager/ATL.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong knowledge of inventory and expiry management.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Candidates from organized retail pharmacy chains will be preferred.
