Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day retail store operations.
- Lead and coordinate the store team.
- Drive store sales and achieve business targets.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and expiry control.
- Monitor store performance and operational KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.
- Handle customer queries and escalations effectively.
- Support online/omnichannel orders and customer deliveries.
- Maintain store hygiene, discipline, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure smooth coordination between team members and internal departments.

Job Requirements





- Graduate preferred; relevant retail experience will be considered.
- 25 years of experience in retail/store operations preferred.
- Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, FMCG, or organized retail is an advantage.
- Solid team handling and leadership skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- Target-oriented with a customer-first approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to manage store operations independently.
