NSalary: ₹2,00,000–₹3,00,000/month

NEmployment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

NWorking Day – Monday to Saturday

NWorking hour – 9 hours net

NWe are looking for a senior business development skilled with strong

Nexperience in Steel, Stainless Steel, Metals or Industrial Products.

NThe candidate will be responsible for independent business generation, new

Ncustomer acquisition, strategic account development and revenue growth.

NKey Responsibilities:

- Drive business development and achieve revenue targets.

nAcquire new B2B customers and develop key accounts.

- Build strong relationships with promoters, directors and purchase heads.

- Leverage existing industry contacts and market network to generate business.
N
- Develop new markets, territories and customer segments.
N
- Lead commercial negotiations and close high-value deals.
N
- Monitor market trends, competition and business opportunities.

- Provide sales forecastsand strategic market updates to management.

- Guide and support the sales team when required.

nRequirements:

N15–20 years of experiencein B2B Sales / Business Development / Key Account

NManagement.

nStrong experience in Steel / Stainless Steel / Metals / Industrial Products

Npreferred.

nProventrack record of independent business generation and revenue

Ngrowth.

nStrong industry contacts and customer network.

NExcellent negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.

NStrong commercial and market understanding.

NGraduate in any discipline;

MBA/PGDM preferred.

nMumbai-based candidates preferred.
