Tata 1mg is hiring Senior Pharmacists for its Retail Pharmacy Stores in Mohali, Punjab.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day retail pharmacy operations.
- Dispense medicines accurately against valid prescriptions.
- Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory, stock inwarding, replenishment, and expiry checks.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines.
- Manage online/omnichannel orders and customer deliveries.
- Maintain pharmacy records, registers, and documentation.
- Follow company SOPs and pharmacy regulations.
- Support store sales and achieve business targets.
- Maintain store hygiene and operational standards.
- Guide and support junior pharmacists and store staff.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: D.Pharm / B.Pharm.
- Valid Punjab State Pharmacy Council registration/license is mandatory.
- Experience: 36 years, preferably in retail/community pharmacy.
- Solid knowledge of medicines, prescriptions, and dispensing.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of inventory and expiry management.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Retail pharmacy/organized pharmacy chain experience will be preferred.
