Designation : Assistant Manager Line & Utility Operations

Location: Kotputli, Keshwana Plant

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day line and utility operations and ensure smooth functioning of plant operations.
- Maintain and review all utility-related reports, records, and operational data with accuracy and ensure timely reporting.
- Monitor and manage HVAC, cold room, boiler, RO systems, LT panels, DG sets, air compressors, and other plant utilities.
- Ensure smooth and efficient operation of cold room systems, including temperature monitoring and maintaining required operating conditions.
- Monitor utility consumption, performance, breakdowns, and downtime and take corrective actions as required.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and EHS teams for timely resolution of operational issues.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, food safety, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
- Have basic understanding of water treatment processes and related plant operations.
- Identify operational issues and support troubleshooting and corrective actions to minimize downtime.




- Lead and manage the utility/operations team and ensure effective manpower utilization.
- Maintain proper documentation, checklists, utility logs, and daily/monthly operational reports.
- Drive initiatives for utility efficiency, energy conservation, cost optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Support preventive maintenance and planned shutdown activities in coordination with the maintenance team.

Qualification & Experience

- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Food or FMCG manufacturing is mandatory.
- Experience in line and utility operations in a manufacturing/plant setting.
- Hands-on knowledge of HVAC, cold room, boiler, RO systems, LT panels, DG sets, compressors, and water treatment.
- Proven team-handling and people-management experience.
- Educational qualification: B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.
