Tata 1mg is hiring Pharmacists for its Retail Pharmacy Stores in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities

- Dispense medicines accurately as per valid prescriptions.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory, stock inwarding, replenishment, and expiry checks.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines.
- Manage online/omnichannel orders and customer deliveries.
- Maintain pharmacy records, registers, and required documentation.
- Follow company SOPs and all applicable pharmacy regulations.
- Support store sales and achieve business targets.
- Maintain store hygiene and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Job Requirements

- Qualification: D.Pharm / B.Pharm
- Valid Pharmacy Council registration/license is mandatory.
- Relevant experience in retail/community pharmacy preferred.
- Good knowledge of medicines, dispensing, and prescriptions.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail workplace.
