Job Position: DGM/GM - Projects (Civil)

Job Location: Yamuna Expressway

Experience: 20+ years of relevant experience in the Construction Industry.

Industry: Construction/Real Estate

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech -Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities

- Overall planning, execution and monitoring of civil construction projects.
- Lead project teams and ensure timely completion as per approved schedules.
- Monitor construction quality, safety, productivity and project costs.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors and internal departments.
- Review project progress, budgets, resources and timelines.
- Resolve site-level technical and execution challenges.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Drive project performance and ensure timely achievement of milestones.




- Provide regular project updates and MIS reports to senior management..
- Candidates should have strong experience in large-scale civil construction projects.

Key Skills Required:

- Robust knowledge of project planning, execution, contracts, quality and site management.
- Excellent leadership, coordination and decision-making skills.
- Should be capable of independently handle multiple project activities and large project teams.
- Candidates from Construction / Real Estate Project background preferred.
