Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines such as VMC, HMC, and conventional milling machines to produce high-quality parts.
- Select tools and set up machinery for various machining operations.
- Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including setup sheets and inspection reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-5 years of experience in operating CNC machines (VMC, HMC) or similar equipment.
- Diploma/ITI degree in relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering).
- Robust understanding of CNC programming languages (G-code) and ability to read blueprints/drawings.
- Proficiency in conventional milling techniques using lathes/turning centers.
