Job Responsibilities:

- Handle UN/UNGM tender opportunities from identification to submission.

- Search, monitor, and manage tenders on the UNGM (United Nations Global Marketplace) portal.

- Prepare tender documents, quotations, technical/commercial offers, and compliance documents.

- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and international partners for tender submissions.

- Track deadlines, clarifications, bid results, and post-tender communication.

- Maintain proper records of UN tenders and submitted documents.

- Required Experience & Skills:

- Relevant experience working on UNGM portal and United Nations tenders is preferred.

- Preferred Candidate:

Candidates with hands-on experience in UNGM registration, tender searching,



bid preparation and submission for UN agencies will be given preference.

- Knowledge of UN procurement procedures, RFQs, ITBs, RFPs and EOIs.

- Experience in government/international tenders and e-procurement portals will be an advantage.

- Valuable knowledge of MS Word, Excel and documentation.

- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tenders within deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,024.46 - ₹32,599.73 per month
