Designation: Unit Head Business & Growth

Role Summary:

The Unit Head Business & Growth will be responsible for overall unit performance, including revenue generation, business development, marketing strategy, and operational oversight.

The role will drive patient footfall, strategic partnerships, and service line growth while ensuring effective hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive revenue growth and profitability for the hospital unit
- Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to increase patient volumes
- Build corporate, insurance, and doctor referral networks
- Monitor unit P&L;, budgets, and financial performance
- Oversee day-to-day hospital operations and ensure service excellence
- Collaborate with medical leadership to promote key specialties and service lines
- Lead outreach programs, camps, and brand-building initiatives
- Track KPIs such as occupancy, ARPOB, OPD/IPD conversion, and revenue targets
