Job Summary:

We are seeking a agile and experienced professional to join our Corporate Sales team, with a specific focus on Liability Product Insurance. The ideal candidate will come from a broker firm background and possess strong technical knowledge in liability insurance products. This role involves business development, client relationship management, and delivering customized liability solutions to corporate clients.

Key Areas

- Manage the end-to-end placement process for liability insurance programs from market submissions to policy binding and documentation.
- Draft and review underwriting submissions, risk profiles, and technical reports.
- Engage with local and international insurers, reinsurers, and brokers to negotiate optimal terms, conditions, and premiums.
- Identify emerging liability risks (e.g., cyber, ESG, product recall)



and develop risk mitigation or transfer strategies
- Prepare market comparison summaries and present placement recommendations to management or clients.
- Maintain strong market intelligence on insurer appetite, capacity, and pricing trends.
- Ensure all placements comply with regulatory and internal audit requirements.
- Maintain adherence to internal underwriting guidelines and risk appetite frameworks.

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience: 35 years in the Liability Insurance Product /service.
- Education: Graduate / Postgraduate. Professional certifications (e.g., III Licentiate/Fellowship) is an added advantages.

- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and client management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to work independently.
