About The Role We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Career Development Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing career guidance programs, conducting workshops, and providing personalized mentorship to students and young professionals.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.



A master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in career counseling, student mentoring, or educational program management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Knowledge of current industry trends, employment markets, and skill development strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with digital learning platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cooperative team.

Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver career development workshops, seminars, and training sessions tailored to student needs.
- Provide one-on-one career counseling sessions to help individuals identify their strengths, interests, and career options.
- Collaborate with academic institutions and industry partners to create internship and placement opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, job market demands, and skill requirements.
- Design and implement career guidance resources, including resumes, interview preparation, and soft skills training.
- Track and analyze the progress of program participants, providing ongoing support and feedback.




- Organize and participate in career fairs, networking events, and industry visits to enhance student exposure.
- Assist in the development of new programs and initiatives aimed at improving career readiness.
