About the Role

Rahane AiTech Pvt Ltd looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with strong proficiency in Figma. The candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, responsive, and visually engaging digital experiences across websites, mobile applications, dashboards, and web applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design contemporary and user-friendly interfaces using Figma.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design responsive websites, mobile applications, dashboards, and web applications.
- Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, and style guides.
- Ensure consistency in typography, colors, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Conduct competitor analysis and improve designs based on feedback, usability, and business requirements.
- Maintain organized Figma files, libraries, and components.
- Stay updated with current UI/UX trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer.




- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, accessibility, and design systems.
- Hands-on experience with wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
- Strong understanding of typography, color, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience collaborating with developers and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and FigJam is preferred.

Portfolio Requirement A relevant portfolio is mandatory and must be submitted with the application.

The portfolio should showcase

- Website, mobile app, dashboard, or SaaS designs
- Wireframes and prototypes
- High-fidelity UI designs|
- Design systems/component libraries, if applicable
