Role Overview We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with 1+ year of experience to join our team. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric designs for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities User Research &

- Analysis: Conduct user research, gather insights, and analyze user behavior to improve UI/UX designs. Wireframing &
- Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

Design &

• Branding: Develop modern, clean, and aesthetically pleasing UI components while maintaining brand consistency. User Interaction &
- Usability Testing: Ensure smooth user interactions by conducting usability testing and gathering feedback. Collaboration with Developers &
- Product Team: Work closely with developers, product managers,



and stakeholders to ensure seamless design implementation. Responsive &
- Accessible Design: Design for multiple screen sizes and ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG, A11Y). Iterate &
- Improve: Continuously refine designs based on feedback, data, and industry best practices.

Skills &

Qualifications 1+ year of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is a plus. Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices. Ability to create clean, modern UI designs with a strong focus on usability.

Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing. Strong communication and presentation skills.
