About The Role We are seeking a talented and visionary Lead Graphic & UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for elevating the visual and experiential quality of our platform, transforming it from a functional, developer-led interface into a polished, premium user experience that leaves a lasting impression.

Your expertise will be instrumental in defining and maintaining a cohesive visual language across all our digital touchpoints, ensuring consistency, sophistication, and user-centric design principles are upheld at every level.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a strategic mindset to create engaging graphics, intuitive interfaces, and seamless animations. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to craft compelling visual assets and refine our brand identity. Your work will directly influence how users perceive and interact with our platform, making their experience both enjoyable and efficient.





Qualifications The successful candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS or similar technology sectors, demonstrating expertise in designing complex software interfaces. A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality graphic design, UI/UX projects, and animations is essential. You should be well-versed in design systems, branding, and visual storytelling, with a deep understanding of typography, color theory, and user psychology.

Excellent communication skills are vital, as is the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams. A passionate "design nerd" who stays up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices will thrive in our environment. Prior experience leading design initiatives and mentoring junior designers is a plus.

Responsibilities Own and develop the visual language across OneTap’s entire ecosystem, ensuring a consistent, high-quality, and aesthetically pleasing user experience.

- Design and produce high-quality graphic assets for marketing campaigns, including social media ads, blog visuals, and promotional materials.
- Create and refine UI components, ensuring adherence to brand standards, usability, and accessibility best practices.
- Develop engaging animations and micro-interactions that enhance product fluidity and user engagement.
- Audit existing design assets and interface elements,



identifying inconsistencies and opportunities for unification under a cohesive brand identity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into compelling visual solutions.
- Participate in user research and testing to refine design solutions based on real user feedback.
- Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring scalability and consistency across platforms.
