Role & responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the tyre retail shop sales counter, stock, and staff
- Handle walk-in customer queries, recommend tyres, and close sales
- Oversee wheel alignment, balancing, nitrogen inflation, and rim straightening services
- Manage inventory across brands (Yokohama, Bridgestone, CEAT, JK, Apollo, Michelin, etc.)
- Ensure accurate daily billing, stock records, and cash/collection reconciliation
- Drive footfall and customer acquisition for the shop
- Maintain shop cleanliness, tyre display, and customer service standards
- Coordinate with distributors/suppliers for timely stock replenishment
- Resolve basic customer complaints and escalate when needed
- Supervise and guide 3-5 shop staff on daily targets

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 3 years' experience managing a tyre retail shop or tyre line (mandatory)
- Solid working knowledge of tyre brands, sizes, and basic specs
- Fluent in Gujarati/Hindi; working English preferred
- Comfortable with Tally / basic computer use
- Prior team-handling experience
- Based in Ahmedabad or willing to commute daily to Sarkhej
