? Role Overview The Tutor Head will be responsible for managing and mentoring our online tutors, ensuring high-quality teaching standards, coordinating academic operations, and creating a strong learning experience for students.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and mentor the online tutor team.
- Oversee tutor performance, quality, attendance, and session delivery.
- Ensure consistent academic and teaching standards across tutoring programs.
- Coordinate tutor allocation, schedules, and student requirements.
- Monitor student feedback and take corrective actions where required.
- Conduct regular tutor evaluations, training, and performance reviews.
- Work closely with the academic and management teams to improve learning outcomes.
- Identify tutor development needs and organize appropriate training.
- Resolve academic or tutor-related concerns efficiently.
- Maintain strong communication between tutors, students, parents, and internal teams.
- Develop processes to improve tutor productivity,



engagement, and retention.
- Prepare and track academic/tutor performance reports.

? Who We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in education, tutoring, academic coordination, or tutor management.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good understanding of online tutoring and academic operations.
- Ability to manage multiple tutors and priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
