About The Role We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team and take ownership of user research, visual design, and prototyping efforts. This role is pivotal in shaping intuitive and engaging product experiences that resonate with our users.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio that showcases their design thinking and user research capabilities. Formal years of experience are less significant than the quality and creativity of your work. Proficiency in visual design and a solid understanding of UX fundamentals are essential. Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma or Sketch is required, along with the ability to design for mobile interfaces.

Experience in designing B2B dashboards is considered a plus, as it demonstrates your ability to create data-driven, user-friendly interfaces. A passion for innovative design, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex concepts into simple, elegant solutions are key traits we value in our team members.

Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive user research to understand learner needs, behaviors, and pain points, applying design thinking methodologies to inform product development.
- Create clean, intuitive, and mobile-first user interfaces that enhance user engagement and facilitate seamless interactions.
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes to visualize concepts, test usability, and iterate rapidly based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
