We are looking for an experienced Treasury Product Owner with strong knowledge of treasury operations, financial products, and technology platforms. The candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the product roadmap, gathering business requirements, and working closely with technology and business stakeholders to deliver treasury solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the Treasury product roadmap, vision, and priorities.

Work closely with Treasury, Finance, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams to understand business requirements.

Gather, analyze, and document functional and business requirements.

Create and prioritize Product Backlog, Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.

Translate treasury business requirements into clear technology requirements.

Collaborate with engineering, architecture, QA, and implementation teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Prioritize features based on business value, risk, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.

Conduct product demonstrations and obtain stakeholder feedback.

Support UAT, release planning, production implementation, and post-production validation.

Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for process and system improvements.

Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery timelines across multiple teams.





Ensure products comply with applicable treasury, financial, risk, and regulatory requirements.

Drive continuous improvement and automation of treasury processes.

Treasury Domain Knowledge

Strong understanding of Corporate Treasury / Investment Banking Treasury functions.

Knowledge of Cash Management, Liquidity Management, Cash Forecasting, and Funding.

Understanding of FX, Money Markets, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Hedging.

Knowledge of Interest Rate Risk, Foreign Exchange Risk, and Liquidity Risk.

Understanding of Trade Life Cycle and Settlement processes.

Knowledge of treasury accounting and financial reporting is an advantage.

Required Skills

Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) is preferred.

Proven experience as a Product Owner / Business Product Owner in Treasury or Financial Services.

Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar product management tools.

Robust requirement gathering and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to create detailed BRD/FRD, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize competing requirements.
