- Bank Guarantees (BGs) & Letters of Credit (LCs)

- Manage issuance, renewal, and closure of BGs and LCs.

- Ensure timely submission of documents to banks and clients.

- Track validity, limits, and utilization of BGs/LCs to avoid lapses.

Fixed Deposits (FDs)

- Maintain records of company FDs, including maturity schedules and interest accruals.

- Optimize FD placements to maximize returns while ensuring liquidity.

Liaise with banks for renewals, premature withdrawals, and reconciliations.

- Loan Management
- Track loan disbursements, repayments, and outstanding balances.

- Ensure compliance with loan covenants and reporting requirements.

- Prepare MIS reports on loan utilization, interest costs, and repayment schedules.

- Credit Monitoring Arrangement (CMA) Data

- Prepare and update CMA data for submission to banks and financial institutions.





- Ensure accuracy of financial projections.

- Support negotiations with banks for credit facilities.

- Treasury Operations
- Monitor daily cash flows and ensure adequate liquidity for operations.

- Support working capital management and fund allocation across projects.

- Coordinate with banks for credit facilities, overdrafts, and other treasury products.

- Compliance & Reporting

- Ensure adherence to RBI and other statutory guidelines relevant to treasury functions.

- Prepare periodic treasury MIS reports for management review.

- Assist in internal and statutory audits related to treasury activities.
