Job Overview

We are hiring enthusiastic and skilled candidates for the Travel Process role. This position is ideal for graduates with prior BPO experience who are looking to build a career in the travel domain with hands-on exposure to industry tools like Amadeus and Galileo.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries related to travel bookings and services

Use GDS tools such as Amadeus and Galileo for reservations and ticketing

Provide excellent customer support with effective communication skills

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate in any discipline

Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO (preferably travel process)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Willingness to work from office

Salary & Benefits:

CTC: 31,000 per month





In-hand Salary: 25,800 per month

5 days working

Paid training

Hands-on experience with Amadeus & Galileo

Shift Details:

Female Candidates: Morning shifts

Male Candidates: Rotational shifts

No cab or travel allowance provided
