nGDS Travel Support Role
nExperience: 2+ years in GDS with ticketing background
nKey Requirements:
n-Robust hands-on experience with Amadeus (preferred) or Sabre
n-End-to-end GDS knowledge, including:
n-PNR creation & booking
n-Ticketing
n-Refunds & cancellations
n-Exchanges & reissues
n-Experience in TMC / B2B travel support preferred
n-Graduate in any discipline
n-Excellent communication skills
n-Comfortable working in a 24x7 rotational shift environment
