Role Description This is a full time, on-site Travel Assistant role based in Pune City (Dhole Patil Road).

The Travel

Assistant will support daily travel operations, including handling inquiries, coordinating itineraries, and assisting with bookings for domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities include organizing transportation and accommodation, maintaining accurate travel records, and ensuring timely communication with clients and partners. The role involves providing prompt customer service, resolving travel-related issues,



and liaising with internal teams to deliver seamless experiences.

The Travel

Assistant will also help with administrative tasks such as preparing travel documents, updating databases, and supporting business travel arrangements as needed.

- To coordinate with clients & agencies for Tour Packages, hotel booking, airline and visas.
- Processing flight and hotel booking with necessary visa and passport applications for tour packages.
- Will have to maintain record of hotel ,flights and client based
- Liaising with agents in person, over the phone or via email to discuss their travel requirements.
- Making and confirming bookings with ground suppliers
- Issuing relevant documents time wise itinerary, meal charts & vouchers
- Researching destinations and keeping up to date with travel industry news.
