Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage transport billing process from receipt of invoices to payment.
- Ensure accurate processing of invoices, credits, debit notes, and other financial documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of billing discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions in Excel sheets.
- Prepare monthly reports on outstanding payables and accounts receivable.
