About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Training Lead to lead and mentor a team of Training Specialists and drive effective teacher training for Preschool and curriculum implementation across our partner schools.

The role involves conducting and overseeing Face-to-Face (F2F) and online training sessions for preschool teachers, ensuring effective curriculum implementation, improving teacher capabilities, and maintaining solid relationships with school stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Training Specialists .
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor F2F and online training programs for teachers across partner schools.
- Conduct teacher training sessions on curriculum, classroom practices, teaching methodologies, and learning outcomes .
- Ensure effective implementation of the Kreedo curriculum across partner schools.
- Assess teacher training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.




- Coach Training Specialists to improve training quality, delivery, and engagement.
- Monitor training schedules, completion, quality, and adherence to defined SLAs and processes .
- Work closely with school leaders, coordinators, and teachers to understand training and implementation requirements.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve training and curriculum implementation challenges .
- Conduct regular school visits to observe implementation, provide on-ground support, and strengthen school relationships.
- Track account health, teacher engagement, training effectiveness, and implementation progress.
- Gather feedback from teachers and school stakeholders and share actionable insights with internal teams.
- Support partner school retention, engagement, and renewal through effective training and implementation.
- Travel to customer locations whenever required for training, business discussions, implementation support, and closures .
- Prepare and maintain training reports, performance dashboards, and other required documentation.
