Technical Trainer & Zonal Trainer – Learning & Development

We are hiring experienced trainers for our Learning & Development team to support automotive teams across locations.

1. Technical Trainer

Locations: Gurgaon – 2 Positions | Bangalore – 1 Position

Role

Responsible for delivering automotive technical and practical training to Evaluators and technical staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom, workshop and on-field technical training.
- Train Evaluators on vehicle inspection, mechanical and electrical systems, diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and skill assessments.
- Develop and update training content, manuals and assessments.
- Track trainee performance and maintain training MIS.
- Identify skill gaps and provide corrective training.
- Share regular training updates with the Training Head.

Requirements
- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- 3–6 years of relevant automotive or workshop experience.
- Prior technical training experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of passenger vehicles.
- Good communication and presentation skills.

Additional Requirement – Bangalore
- Comfortable training candidates across South India.
- Knowledge of Kannada, Telugu, Tamil and/or Malayalam is preferred.
- Willingness to travel across South India.

Zonal Trainer – Learning & Development

Location: Bengaluru

Role

Responsible for sales training, coaching and performance development of Hub and field teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct onboarding, process and sales training for Hub teams.
- Coach field teams through on-ground performance feedback.
- Track training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Work with regional stakeholders to improve team performance.
- Support a strong learning and development culture across locations.

Requirements
- Experience in Sales and Training / L&D.;
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good coaching and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable travelling across assigned locations.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- MBA / PG in HR or related field is a plus.
