Role Description This is a full time on-site Trainee role based in Walajabad. The Trainee will support daily operational activities within the assigned department, including assisting with production or process workflows, basic documentation, and data entry.
Responsibilities may include learning and applying standard operating procedures, supporting quality checks, coordinating with team members and supervisors,
and participating in training sessions to understand company systems and tools. The role involves observing experienced colleagues, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, and adhering to safety and compliance guidelines. Over time, the Trainee is expected to develop practical skills, take on more responsibility, and prepare for future roles within the organization.
Qualifications
- Ability to learn and apply technical concepts related to manufacturing, engineering, or logistics, with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication, and the ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office tools and comfort working with digital systems or ERP platforms.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, willingness to take initiative, and openness to feedback and continuous learning.
- Demonstrated reliability, time management skills, and adherence to safety and quality standards in an on-site environment.
- Educational background in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or a related field (diploma or degree) is preferred.
- Interest in the automotive and mobility sector, and readiness to build a long-term career with a global organization.
