We are looking for an experienced Retail & Trade Marketing skilled to drive retail activations, store launches, trade marketing initiatives and consumer engagement for a leading Fashion Brand .

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute retail marketing strategies and activations
- Plan in-store campaigns, promotions and store opening programs
- Drive trade marketing initiatives and partner communication
- Manage trade events, agencies, budgets and campaign execution
- Develop activation plans to improve brand and business KPIs
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies




- Ensure campaigns are delivered on-time, on-budget and as per brand standards

Ideal Candidate:

✔️ 6+ years of experience in Retail / Trade Marketing

✔️ Experience in the Fashion / Lifestyle / Premium Retail Industry preferred

✔️ Strong understanding of retail activations and consumer marketing

✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills

✔️ Creative and commercially driven mindset

✔️ MNC experience preferred
