ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Product Manager at Tracxn, youll own the roadmap for your product modules and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Youll translate user needs into clear product requirements, drive execution with design and engineering teams, and ensure timely, high-quality releases.

This role offers the opportunity to grow into a senior leadership position by mentoring others and shaping Tracxn’s product strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Ownership & Strategy:

- Define and execute the product roadmap for assigned modules in alignment with business goals.
- Build clear use cases, write crisp PRDs, and translate customer needs into actionable features.
- Support all product decisions with data, insights, and research-driven validation.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Partner with design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure seamless feature rollouts.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand pain points, prioritize requirements, and drive alignment.
- Foster collaboration across teams to deliver solutions that enhance user and business value.

Delivery & Quality:

- Own end-to-end product delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
- Define, monitor,



and analyze product KPIs to track success and identify improvement areas.
- Continuously iterate based on performance data and user feedback to optimize experience.

Leadership & Growth:

- Work closely with the VP of Product to drive key strategic initiatives and product evolution.
- Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of learning and ownership.
- Take proactive ownership in scaling product processes and contributing to team growth.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with an ability to think from first principles.
- Aptitude to learn and apply technical concepts; coding knowledge not required.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and attention to detail.
- A team player with empathy and a “get-it-done” execution mindset.
- Preferred: experience working with enterprise research, analytics, or investment-intelligence products.
- Preferred: prior experience mentoring or managing junior product managers.
