We are looking for a Tour Coordinator to manage customer travel requirements and coordinate tour arrangements to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer travel requirements and assist with suitable tour packages.
- Coordinate tour bookings, itineraries and travel arrangements.
- Communicate with customers regarding tour details, schedules and requirements.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers and other travel partners.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely updates.
- Follow up with customers from enquiry to booking confirmation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of tours.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide necessary support during the tour process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries and bookings.
