Test Manager (Functional & Performance Testing)

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead our functional and performance testing efforts in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing methodologies, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies for software applications, ensuring high-quality releases and minimal defects.
- Lead a team of testers in functional and performance testing, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure team success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and quality assurance, to identify and prioritize testing efforts.
- Design and execute performance testing plans to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of software applications.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough testing of software applications.
- Identify and report defects, working with development teams to resolve issues and ensure timely fixes.
- Develop and implement testing processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in testing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in testing,



and apply this knowledge to improve testing processes and outcomes.

Requirements

- 10-15 years of experience in testing, with a strong background in functional and performance testing.
- Proven experience in leading testing teams and managing testing processes.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Robust understanding of software development life cycles and testing processes.
- Experience with performance testing tools and technologies, such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Experience with functional testing tools and technologies, such as Selenium or Appium.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
