: FOS Territory Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities The main responsibility of the FOS Territory Sales Executive Territory Sales Manager is to achieve the assigned sales target by identifying recent customers, meeting prospects, demonstrating Jayam products, following up with customers, and closing sales.

Key Activities

1. Prospect customer visits:

- Make cold calls to potential customers.
- Meet the IT teams and other key people of prospective customers.
- Identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory.

1. Product pitching:

- Explain the Jayam Organization profile to prospective customers.
- Brief customers about our products, services, and solutions.
- Understand the customer's requirements, discuss with the supervisor, and inform the right solution to the prospective customer.

1. Arranging Product Demonstrations

- Discuss with the customer and fix a suitable date and time for the product demo.
- Coordinate with the Jayam Product Team for the demonstration.
- Make sure the demo is conducted properly and on time.

1. Quotation and Commercial Followup

- Coordinate with the Jayam Deal Desk for preparing quotations.




- Ensure that quotations and commercial proposals are sent to customers on time.
- Clarify basic commercial queries and coordinate internally when required.

1. Customer Follow-up and Order Closure

- Regularly follow up with customers after meetings, demos, and quotations.
- Understand and address customer questions and concerns.
- Follow up with the customer until the Purchase Order PO is received.
- Work towards achieving the assigned sales target.

1. Market Information

- Keep track of competitor activities in the assigned territory.
- Collect information about competitor products, features, pricing, offers, strategies, and events.
- Share important market information with Jayam management so that suitable action can be taken.

1. Weekly Activity Reporting

- Prepare and submit weekly activity reports.
- The report should include calls made, meetings conducted, demos arranged
