About the Role:

We're looking for a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth in assigned Territory, with strong experience in B2C retail sales and dealer/distributor management. Background in building material products (tiles, sanitaryware, paints, plywood, hardware, etc.) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory
- Appoint and manage dealers/distributors; grow the network
- Drive retail (B2C) sales through showrooms and retail counters
- Conduct market visits, dealer meets, and product promotions
- Track competitor activity, pricing, and sales performance
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and payment collection

Requirements:

- 4+ years in B2C retail sales
- Proven dealer/distributor (channel) sales experience
- Building material industry experience preferred
- Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship skills
- Willing to travel extensively within the territory
