Forex Sales Officer – Key Job Responsibilities ??

- Generate recent customers and develop existing customer relationships.
- Sell foreign currency, international travel cards, outward remittance, and other forex products.
- Generate leads through direct sales, referrals, travel agencies, corporate clients, and educational consultants.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into business.
- Build relationships with customers travelling abroad for tourism, education, employment, and business.
- Provide customers with accurate information on rates, documentation, and transaction procedures.
- Ensure all transactions comply with RBI, FEMA, KYC/AML and company guidelines.
- Coordinate with branch/operations teams for smooth processing and delivery.
- Maintain daily sales reports, customer records, and follow-up data.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and repeat business.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
