Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive / HR Manager to manage end-to-end human resource functions at our manufacturing unit. The role involves handling recruitment, workforce management, compliance, employee relations, and HR operations, ensuring smooth functioning of factory HR processes.
- Factory HR experience (Preferred)
- Experience handling 50+ workforce (Preferred)
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory workforce (labor, supervisors, administrative staff).
- Source candidates through job portals, local networks, contractors, and recruitment agencies.
- Ensure timely hiring to meet production and operational requirements.
- Maintain a pipeline of skilled and semi-skilled labor.
- Conduct interviews, coordinate selection processes, and manage onboarding.
2. Workforce Planning & Management
- Plan manpower requirements in coordination with production and operations teams.
- Monitor attendance, shift allocation, and workforce productivity.
- Maintain optimal staffing levels to avoid overstaffing or shortages.
- Handle contract labor management and compliance.
3. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Develop and implement grievance redressal mechanisms.
- Ensure a positive work environment and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Conduct regular interaction with workers to understand concerns and improve engagement.
4. Compliance & Statutory Requirements
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain records related to PF, ESIC, wages, bonuses, and other statutory obligations.
- Liaise with government authorities and inspectors when required.
- Ensure proper documentation and audits readiness.
5. Performance Management & Discipline
- Implement performance tracking systems for staff and workers.
- Monitor discipline on the shop floor and enforce company policies.
- Handle disciplinary actions, warnings, and documentation as required.
6. Training & Development
- Identify training needs for workers and staff.
- Organise onboarding training, safety training, and skill development programs.
- Promote continuous improvement and up-skilling initiatives.
7. Payroll & Compensation Support
- Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, leaves, and deductions.
- Ensure accurate and timely salary processing in coordination with finance/accounts.
- Handle employee queries related to compensation and benefits.
8. HR Operations & Documentation
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
- Manage joining formalities, exit processes, and full & final settlements.
- Prepare HR reports (attendance, attrition, hiring status, etc.).
9. Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Ensure welfare facilities for workers (canteen, hygiene, safety measures).
- Promote a safe and inclusive workplace culture.
10. Health, Safety & Workplace Environment
- Promote workplace health and hygiene standards.
- Ensure compliance with factory safety regulations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing/factory setup
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
