Sales CoordinatorDepartment: Sales & Marketing
Location: Sahibabad, Ghaziabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, orders and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with customers for delivery schedules and requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, PPC, Quality, Stores and Dispatch for timely order execution.
- Maintain sales orders, customer records and related documentation.
- Prepare sales/order status reports and support the sales team.
- Handle routine customer queries and ensure timely communication.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Support, preferably in manufacturing.
- Valuable communication, Excel and coordination skills.
