Job Summary
The Team Leader will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of loan executives, achieving monthly business targets, generating and converting loan leads, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of loan/sales executives.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.
- Generate new leads through various channels and ensure timely follow-up.
- Monitor the complete loan process from lead generation to disbursement.
- Ensure accurate collection and verification of customer documents.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and other departments for loan processing.
- Track team performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Train new team members on loan products, sales techniques, and company processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Ensure KYC, documentation, and other regulatory/company requirements are followed.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve operational Issue

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (or as required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software/tools.
- Ability to multitask and work independently as well as in a team.
