About the Role:

HIKER ENGINEERING को B2C और Channel Sales के लिए energetic और target-oriented Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive की आवश्यकता है। हम UPNEDA के Authorized Vendor हैं और Solar/Renewable Energy solutions में काम करते हैं।

- ? Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer को फोन करके Solar System और Renewable Energy solutions की जानकारी देना।
- B2C leads पर calling करके lead qualification & follow-up करना।
- Interested customers के लिए site survey / sales team appointment arrange करना।
- Dealers, electricians, contractors और channel partners से संपर्क करके channel sales leads generate करना।




- Existing leads और customers का regular follow-up करना।
- CRM/Google Sheet में calling और lead status update करना।
- Monthly sales & calling targets achieve करना।
- ? Preferred CandidateTelecalling / Sales का experience preferred.
- Solar industry experience होने पर preference।
- Hindi communication अच्छी हो; basic English समझना/बोलना अच्छा रहेगा।
- अच्छे communication और convincing skills।
- Target-oriented और follow-up में अच्छा होना चाहिए।
- Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.
