Job Responsibility --

· Handling basic customer queries related to Products and providing customer resolution.

. Resolve Customer queries through phone Call.

. Providing Prompt and Polite Assistance

· Providing support to Domestic (Indian) customers

· Willingness to work in Rotational Shift

. Addressing consumer problems and suggesting an productive solution with empathy and professionalism.

. Resolving customer issues and concerns efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

. Providing accurate information about products or services and guiding customers in making informed decisions.

. Ability to handle challenging customer interactions gracefully and professionally.
