- Manage day-to-day store operations and inventory activities.
- Receive incoming materials and verify quantity, quality, and documents.
- Maintain GRN/MRN, stock registers, and material records.
- Issue materials to production and other departments as per approved requirements.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records in ERP/software.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and coordinate with Purchase for material requirements.
- Properly arrange, label, and store materials for easy identification and retrieval.
- Handle inward, outward, transfer, and return of materials.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QC, and Accounts for material-related issues.
- Track slow-moving, excess, damaged, and rejected materials.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure protected handling of materials.
- Prepare daily/monthly stock and inventory reports.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety standards in the store.
