Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the complete recruitment and selection process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns.
- Manage performance appraisal and employee development programs.
- Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and reports.
- Coordinate payroll and attendance-related activities with the relevant teams.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning programs.
- Support workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide regular reports and insights to management.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture.
- Lead and mentor the HR team and ensure effective delivery of HR services.
