Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Function: Service Dep.

Reporting To: Manager

Base Location: As per requirement

Education: Diploma, ITI and Any Graduate regarding Electrical

Experience (in years): 0 to 2 Yrs. Role Description

Service & Support (Customer Issue Handling)

- Visit customer sites when a service request is registered in the system.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, wiring, sensor, power, and communication issues.

New Device Installation & Commissioning

- Visit customer factory locations for recent device installation.
- Install hardware on machines as per standard installation SOP.
