Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare daily, weekly & monthly production plans.
- Plan machine loading, manpower and process schedules.
- Monitor Plan vs. Actual production and delivery commitments.
- Track orders from PO → Material → Production → QC → Dispatch.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Design, Production, Quality & Dispatch.
- Monitor WIP, material shortages and production bottlenecks.
- Prepare daily production and order-status reports.
- Follow up on delayed/critical jobs and ensure timely corrective action.
- Maintain PPC MIS, production schedules and delivery trackers.
- Ensure on-time delivery and production plan adherence.

Preferred Skills:

- Positive knowledge of PPC, production scheduling & capacity planning.
- Experience in sheet-metal fabrication / machining / laser cutting / CNC bending preferred.
- Strong MS Excel & ERP/MRP knowledge.
- Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving and execution-oriented approach.
