We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor with strong knowledge of both Civil and Interior works to manage and supervise residential project sites.

The candidate should be comfortable handling projects independently and coordinating with contractors, vendors, designers and clients

Outstation Travel: Candidate must be willing to travel to outstation project sites as required.

Projects may be located in:

Mathura | Roorkee | Gurgaon | Ghaziabad | Delhi-NCR and other locations.

Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of relevant site experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of both Civil and Interior works.
- Architecture background / B.Arch preferred.
- Good understanding of architectural and interior drawings.
- Good knowledge of construction and finishing materials.
- Ability to independently handle site activities and resolve basic site issues.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.




- Willingness to travel for outstation projects is mandatory.
- Candidate should be responsible, disciplined and capable of managing site work independently.

Follow weekly schedule created by planning team & update on weekly deliverables and updates and gaps.

- All visit MOM to be documented in format & by next site visit all issues to be resolved

- Raising issues to last level- issue resolution 24-48 hours

- Check quality of work - day to day as per checklist

-See gaps in design----- drawings-------- execution

- coordinate with office, client, vendor, contractor

- Updated pics & information on day to day work at site

-24-48 hour issue resolution

-confirmation & update on orders required for site

-QC of products by vendors

- Checking of bills for payment

- Team Management

- Civil Interior

-Must have two wheeler
