- Assist in reviewing drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Prepare quantity take-offs for RCC, finishing, façade, MEP, and external works.
- Assist in checking site-executed quantities against BOQ quantities.
- Support preparation of quantity reconciliation statements.
- Assist in basic estimation and rate analysis.
2. Cost Monitoring
- Assist in monitoring project costs against approved budgets.
- Track material consumption and wastage.
- Support preparation of cost-related reports.
- Assist in identifying quantity and cost variations.
3. Client Billing
- Assist in preparing monthly RA bills.
- Prepare and maintain measurement sheets.
- Coordinate with site engineers for measurements and supporting documents.
- Assist in tracking bill certification and payment status.
- Maintain proper billing records.
4. Subcontractor Billing
- Verify subcontractor measurements and bills.
- Assist in checking subcontractor invoices as per work orders.
- Support preparation of work orders and subcontract agreements.
- Assist in checking extra items and variations.
5. Contract & Commercial Support
- Assist in reviewing client and subcontractor agreements.
- Maintain contract-related records and registers.
- Assist in monitoring contractual requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of project commercial activities.

Variation & Claims Support
- Assist in identifying additional works and variations.
- Prepare quantity details for variation orders.
- Support documentation for claims and additional works.
- Maintain records of approvals and recoveries.
7. Procurement Support
- Assist the procurement team with quantity and rate comparisons.
- Prepare basic rate analysis for construction items.
- Support vendor and subcontractor negotiations with required quantity details.
- Assist in collecting and comparing market rates.
8. Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly quantity and billing reports.
- Maintain project quantity and cost records.
- Assist in preparing commercial MIS reports.
- Coordinate with site and project teams for required data.
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying / Billing / Estimation.
- Experience in a construction / real estate company will be preferred.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in site billing and quantity estimation are preferred.
